Gas Caps for Farmall H

I have recently restored a `51 Farmall and would like to replace the original flat gas cap with the taller cap which is listed as an official replacement. My Case dealer says he is not allowed to sell them direct to me and gave me an order form to fill out and get one through mail. After 2 months I have not heard anything. Has anyone else replaced these gas caps? Thanks` Dave, Ontario, Canada
