I have two friends who are in wheel chairs. One farms. Both have hand controls in everything they operate - cars, trucks, tractors, and a combine. The one who farms has lifts to assist him getting on the equipment. I believe a federal grant supplied money for those. The hand controls were designed and built by Royal Weber who owns Webber Welding in Nokomis, IL. Sounds like you need a tractor that is low to the ground, and the old standard treads would fit the bill fine, especially JD D, Case LA and 500 models.
