Small trouble with farmall B

We have a 1943 farmall B that is having a bit of trouble. It starts right up using the hand crank if it has been sitting for a while. But if you have been running it for about 20-30 min and you turn it off or it dies some how it won't start back up no matter how hard you try. You have to let it sit or pop the clutch. If anybody has any ideas about would ya let me know? Thanks.
