A lot of you guys are pointing me to the carb. The choke seems to work. When temps get below freezing I have to choke it to get it to fire up and then I push it back to about halfway for a little while till it warms up. Lots of times though especially when it's cold, i'm lucking if I can get it firing on all 4 cylinders long enough to get warmed up. On really cold days, I can't get it going. I've also put in new ignition parts and set the timing. This might help... the plugs get a fine carbon coating on them. Not sure what that means.
