2pt plow ID

i have a set of 12" 2pt fast hicth plows i was wondering what the model number was so if i need parts i know what to ask for.where the the 2pt hitch mounts they have 2 springs on a long bolt that mounts to the front beam .how do i tell what the model is. i know they are IH plows because they have IH stamped on them. i posted on the implement page nobody knew i thought you guys might know thanks in advance.
