Randy , Ken is correct in that a spring usually mounted from a bolt head on the governor face to the carb (choke mechanism) keeps the choke from working on. It doesen't need to be much of a spring to do the job. You can get a lot of parts for you H from your I-H dealers. Lights are expensive and you might want to get to know where there are some tractor wrecking yards in your area. I think reproduction lights are about$60 canadian and$40 US...not cheap. I got some lights off of a combine for one of my H's and they are so close they will fool a lot of people. Good luck with the H. Mike in Exeter Ontario
