300 engine problems

i found the reason that the water was leaking on my 300. when i removed the head, there it was, a big hole in the sleeve(it uses sleeves, right?) it looks like the last time it ran, it detonated the no. 3 cylinder, causing a 3" by 1" hole in the cylinder. now my question is does the 300 use sleeves, and if so, how do I change just the no. 3 sleeve. the top of the piston looks really good, which may rule out my detonation theory.
