Hey Bob. I don't believe so, as I can put it in neutral and it will roll w/o touching the clutch peddle????? I have desided to take the 300 engine down, as I believe there will be fewer problems with it, than the "M". I will post the "M" for sale "For Best Offer", within the next few weeks.
