I had the same problem with my 400 and the pump was wornout. You need a manual to correctly check the pump pressure before doing anything. It won't do any good to turn it up if the pump isn't producing in the first place. What size cylinder do you have on your splitter? If it isn't big enough, the tractor might be doing it's job but not acting like it. Good luck, Ron
