Is that with engine warm? not sure what compression whould be on H but 2 are definitely too low. Squirt a little oil in 2 and 4 and recheck. If compression comes up is probably rings. I would also check valve gap but doubt that is the problem. When I had low compression in my SMTA it ended up being the camshaft that had a piece chipped off the end where it goes into the gear so the gear was loose. That hapens with tractors using a live pump but I wuld assume your H doesn't.
