Identify Cast wheels for front

I bought a pair of heavy front wheels that go on some kind of IHC machine --- they look like tractor wheels as they have a band down the middle of the wheel--- they are solid cast wheels except for the band ---- any idea on what they might fit - they still have the bearing race in them - they have holes for a cover (3) bolt pattern on one side --- Help identify please??
