My feeling is the seller is right on the money or possibly a little low with his price. I am from MN also and never fail to inquire about any 560 I see for sale. I looked at 3 diesels just this week ranging from $3250.00 to $3700. None had the big rubber or the amount of tread as the one you are looking at. If we are anywhere close, I would be happy to go give it a look with you. Good Luck
