Most, if not all 10-20s had pto. The shaft end is under the small cover secured with 4 screws at the rear of the bull gear cover. The pto shaft is unique, being threaded instead of the usual splined shaft. Shafts for driving pto driven eqipment had a mating yoke with internal female threads that screwed on the pto shaft. Years ago adapters were available that allowed splined shaft equipment to be used. I haven't seen one of those in a while. You could have a machinist make a new one. Or find an original driven shaft with a threaded yoke and weld a splined shaft adapter to it. This would be a job for a professional as well.
