bouncy bucket

the bucket on my H if i raise it up and stop and bounce the bucket up and down by hand or hit a bump with the tractor will bounce up and down and go all the way down that way on its own..also are the cast hubs on the H the same size as an M ??
any help would be great again thanks shan....
