Mr. Davis, I did not write the above posted comments, BUT yes I have been lucky and found some "Bargains" as you wish to call them on e-bay, and other sites as well including this one. But they are just like anything else and can be few and far between. We need to remember that a "bargain" to anyone depends on the supply that is available in your area, the price, and the demand. Surley prices have risen in the past two years for anything that someone is wishing to purchase. You had luck on your side when you found a complete system that included everything needed to utilize a hydraulic system for less than $200.00, even 2 years ago. An auction can become just like gambeling to some people, and they just go "HOG WILD" when bidding. Plus there are always the "IMPLUSE BUYERS" out there that just must have it "RIGHT NOW", they just can't wait reguardless of the price. No matter what we buy or where we buy it, we will always find it could have been bought "CHEAPER" somewhere else or at another time. This is just how things workout. Unfortunately in the area that I live in (Md) all of the salvage yards are asking around $300.00 for everything that is needed to install and use this part. If we are lucky engough to find it somewhere else at a lower price, then we need to consider a heavy item such as a hydraulic system can cost a rather large sum in shipping fees. In this particular case I would just go and buy from a reputable local salvage yard that I had done business with before, and forget about the idea of getting a "BARGAIN". We all have heard this old saying: "one mans junk is another mans treasure". "Been there, done that"

In such cases, rework makes what could have been a fun project turn into an irritant or even a nightmare. Minor Irritants To give you an example of an minor but irritating proble
