If it's a '35, it's an F12. If it has 40" rims, be prepared for major sticker shock for a set of new tires (nearly $500 EACH, before shipping). F12's are quite plentiful, so I wouldn't pay a premium price for it. As described, I wouldn't give much for it, perhaps $200 or so. Just to give you an idea of prices, I stumbled across a 1938 F14, with new rear 38" tires from an H, stuck, front tires and rims shot, and some minor tin missing, paid $100 for it.
