There was a change in paint color in 36 from grey to red on F-20's. Make sure your tractor is suppose to be red before painting it red. Your head is really thick and unlikely to worp so the torque speck on that can be approximated. Say evenly torqueing at 100 ft. lbs. should get it. That's what I done to mine and have had no problems. I don't remember what size the rod bolts are. It seems to me that most rod torques are around 25 to 40 ft. lbs. depending on bolt size. The big thing on the rod bearings and caps is to shim them so it has the right clearance on the bearing. You will need plastiguage to do this. Make sure you have the right clearance.
