I have not had any experience with an H but I have 2 MD's. When my grandfather and father bought the first MD they bought an 8 foot drag type disk with it. In good soil especially old ground the MD will work a little. Dad said they never had to worry about any body wanting to borrow the disk because no one had anything to pull it with. I am thinking the H might be a little light for an 8 foot disk.
