It depends on what your implements are. the bent arms usually work with either class 0 or 2 3-point hitches, and the straight arms work with only class 1 3-point hitches. they work fairly good, but the angle at which the 2 point raises compared to a true 3 point varies a little. it's by far the cheapest way to go, and the cost benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.
