Not giving you a smart answer, but it should fit and work on the Farmall/International models W4 and W6 as the ad said.

If you bought it from Joe L. you may be able to contact him and exchange it for the proper type / style pulley that your tractor requires. Joe usually is more than willing to work things out with his buyers. The only thing is that you would be paying additional shipping fees to return it and get the right one sent back. This could easily cost more than it is worth, and you may wish to sell it or keep for a future project.

I have noticed some listed within the auction site right here, they have been the smaller style (for a splined shaft)fits the A,B,C Farmalls and the larger styles (4 and 8 bolt hole styles) that fits the H and M Farmalls. I have seen two different styles of pullys for the H and M. One is the paper style and the other is the all steel type. There may be a lot more different styles or diameters available as well.

Don't worry ALL of us have made mistakes, some just don't like to admit it.

Hope you find the right one needed.
