Todd, If you do need to replace the sleeves in your M, don't do just the 2 that are shot now. We replaced one sleeve in my H, only to have another give out about two months later. I would recommend that you replace all of them with new ones not used. If you replace the shot ones now the others may give you trouble later. Some others may not agree with me, and I am in no way an expert. But if I had only replaced mine with all new ones I would not have needed to go back into her a few months and do everything all over again. I understand your needing or trying to keep the cost down, but if you do all of them now that ol M will probably outlast all of us. Shop around, you can find most anything that may be needed on the net. I have attached a web site that has NOS (new old stock) items for these Old Farmalls, including sleeve sets. After opening the page go to the left side of the screen and click on the "Piston and Sleeve Sets" button then go down the list and see if they have a set that meets your needs. Their prices don't seem to be bad but like anything, someone may be able to find a better price elsewhere. good luck an old timer
