Been there, just getting that fixxed. Either your preasure relief is wore out, your pump is failing or you have too small a hyd cylinder on your mower. The bad part of the pump wearing is the gear that drives it and the piggie backed powersteering pump moves out of engaguement and the gear starts to wear funny, it also might fail and then neither pump will work.
