The name is spelled Heisler I think. That company was located in Hudson, Iowa. About 10 miles south of Waterloo. I think Heisler made the carburater. They also made 2 barrel carbs for H and I think AC WD. They also made oversize piston kits, 9 speed transmissions for H and M, Live PTO on the brake, and many other things. The campany went out of business probably 35 years ago.
