It would be interesting to load it up and see if it still does it. I'll get mine started and see what it will do.

I wouldn't advance the timing very much if any at all. They can sure kick hard.

It could be the magneto is not tripping right every time, but I'm guessing.

If it were mine I would run it and enjoy the fire.
