H Manifold and carburator

On my 41 H I have a dual fuel manifold and carb. I need to replace my exhaust because its cracked. I thought I would get a regular manifold just for the fact they are easier to find and cheaper. I don't plan on ever running the tractor on distillate fuel. Will the carb fit a regular manifold or will I have to get the gas carb? Is their any other modifications I should do to this set up to make it run on todays fuels better (It runs great now though).
