Snap coupler on Farmall/IH

Was looking through implement books at the Kinzer's Rough & Tumble this past week-end, trying to find something on my model of 3B fast hitch plow. In one of the pictures (not the plow I was looking for) was a picture of a Farmall with snap coupler in lieu of the ball with the through hole that is typically found on end of lift arms. I recall either Case or AC had snap couplers on their lift arms years ago, but never saw on on any other tractor, particularly Farmall.
Did Farmall produce any amount of 3PH with snap coupler lift arm ends? (No I was not drinking! Hadn't had lunch yet, could it have been starvation delirium?)
I always thought those snap couplers might be easier to work with when hooking up with an inplement!
