300U: 33176 made, supposedly all gas-powered.
350U: 18525 made, 12998 were gas-powered, diesel and LP were also made.

350U had only minor changes from the 300U. Data from Guy Fay's book, and another book on the Nebraska tractor tests that I have, but whose author I don't have at the moment.
