How light can you make a Super C?

My '51 Narrow Front,Super C weighs 3265 lbs. with me sitting on it and nothing in the tires. Other than a diet, how much and what can I take off the tractor? I'd like to get it down to pull in a 2750 weight class. It has all hydraulics on it as well as flat pulley and is entirely stock.
