Advice on 15/30 and 22/36

I found this week, 2 tractors that I thought had long since been sold or scrapped. I operated 1 of these tractors in the early 50's, but do not know which one. The 15/30(?) SN TG68719, Is missing the carb, Mag, seat and Steering wheel. The 22/36 SN T(6 0r G)123864M is missing Rt FRT wheel and bearings from both sides, mag, seat. The 15/30 is missing all fuel tanks. Both are missing all hood and side panels. Both are on all steel and the wheels appear to be in good shape. Both have been out in the weather for years and engines are seized. All of this to ask this question. Should I buy these tractors or leave them to be scrapped at some point.They are within 5 miles of my home. Tractors maybe can be bought for 200 each. Thanks for any comments and/or suggestions.
