Super M tune up failed

I have been trying to tune my dad's super M and after points, condensor, cap, rotor, plug wires, and cleaning up the plugs, it still runs really rough. It seems to run smooth at slow idle, but runs really rough with any throtle or load ( as little load as driving in 4th or 5th gear). Anyone have any ideas as to what else I should check?
