there were some differences soome had a spline where they enguaged in the transmission there are differences in the belt pulley also they loof the same on the outside but are not all the same on the inside earlier ones had a slinger on the pto shaft this is not neccesary as later ones dont have it if you replace the whole assy pto belt pulley should work unless you have a splined input shaft in the trans I-H WAS LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD CHANGES CHANGES CHANGES
