There should be a tag on the left side seat bracket with the serial number. Look the number up by following the "serial numbers" link to the left. Oil changes and tune ups are pretty straightforward on these tractors. You would be wise to buy an operator's and a service manual for it. Until then, about 5 quarts of 30wt detergent oil & a filter, Champion D-18 or D-21 plugs, gapped at .025. Gap the points at .020 if it has battery ignition (.013 if it has a magneto) and you should be well on your way to an incurable case of "Red Fever" Enjoy it!
