I made a puller/pusher to put the pulley back on. Heated the pulley up but not to much to melt new seal I just installed. Worked good. Just used threaded rod and a couple round plates of steel.
1/2 " rod. Big wrench, a few washers and 3 nuts, big plate of steel with small 1/2" hole in center.
Screw the threaded rod in as far as it will go into crank shaft. Double nut the end to keep the threaded rod from turning. Then tighten the third nut to push pulley back on.Presto
