Sounds like you have an IH Fast Hitch. You can get a conversion kit with parts that slide in the snap couplers to make it a 3 point hitch. You can also find used equipment made for the Fast Hitch. The Fast Hitch was offered on tractors by IH from the Mid 50s into the 1960s. It was the IH answer to the 3 point system.
