Looks like the lowering advice has been covered. I used threaded rod and slowly lowered it. Unhook the activation arm and remove the three output pipes and the inlet filler pipe. The liftall is connected to the transmission with a dogged countershaft. You will see two large cotter keys. Pull those out. Then slip the collars towards the center of the countershaft. That little countershaft will then slide out.

While the liftall is out, check for leaking at the main driveshaft seal and the countershaft seal. This is a great time to replace those two seals if they are leaking.
