THX A MILL, RED. Your shifter end doesn't look appre. different than mine, other than the "rounded" section up towards the pivot. Guess I will weld the shift forks to remove some of the "slop" and "bush" the pivot points in the shifter and cover plate housing; reinstall cover plate and try the shifter. I can always remove the shifter arm easily for more repairs, but that "80 lb monster" is tough to move. Thx again.
