NAPA sells a sealer called REDKOTE. It's good stuff and easy to use.
Sounds like your B is leaking in the same spot my A was. There was crack where the baffle is spot welded to the inside of the tank. This spot weld is right under the mounting bracket. I ground the bracket back with a die grinder to expose the crack then brazed up the crack and put a new metal piece on the bracket. CAUTION: wash out the tank with hot/soapy water and let it dry in the sun for a few days with the cap and bowl off. Also, fill it with water before you grind and braze. Good luck.
