I think it is the best, but don't get hung up on the number, 80W90, 90wt etc. are OK. Hytran leaks and makes you clash the gears more. Because lubricants have improved so much in the last 40 years, I buy the cheapest I can. Tractors of this age fail from lack of use, lack of lubricant, and water in the lubricant (in that order) rather than from the wrong grade. I put gun grease in the steering gears when there is a seal problem. You get good service and no leakage. Someone else put a zerk in my favorite A and I'm glad. We started putting gun grease in car steering gears in the 60's as gun grease had improved to the point where it was suitable for manual gearboxes.
