H-farmall

i have an old h-farmall that belong to my dad my dad has had this old tractor for many years. i am trying to find out how old it is the ser.number plate is missing but the numbers on the block are FBH-1295 there is also DCBB i dont know what they mean iam geting a book on the tractor but would like some help on the date
