I got it out by turning the stem up and taking the core out leting the air out then puting a hose on and turning the stem down and lit the fluid run in a bucket took about 4 or 5 of them when the stream started to slow down I would turn the stem back up and lightley put some air in and turn the stem back down again it takes a little work but its better than paying what they want to do it also try to get all that you can out as if you drive it on the road fast it will throw the tire out of ballance and hop..sHan
