Richard it is a fairly easy job. Unbolt the bolt and nut at the universal joint and remove the key or washer. You might have to take a chisel and sligtly widen the connection so the front shaft will pull out from the joint. On the front of the bolster, remove that huge nut. If you have 90W in the bolster resivoir, you will lose some when you remove the nut. Then start turning the shaft and it will unscrew itself through the front of the bolster. The bearing assembly will also come out with the front shaft. I forget which way you need to rotate the shaft but it will be obvious when you start rotating.
