I agree with Haas - go with the stock C-IH governor parts. My observation has been "performance" governor setups are often too sensitive for field use. They tend to be unstable and surge under everything but full load - and the constant surging will quickly drive you crazy! So unless you're gonna pull your 450, save some $ and stick with stock governor parts.
