Brakes for International 1206

I recently called about a 1206 that was selling for $5995. This is a 112 HP tractor so I figured it might be a good buy. I haven't seen it and the dealer wasn't sure of the hours but he did say it ran good but needed a brake job. I don't know it they are hydraulic, but can someone give me a price range that I would be looking at to fix the brakes. I don't want to put a lot more money into it. Thanks.
