Following is a repost of my ans to this on the ATIS Farmall elist. The 123 will fit fine, with Karl's noted exception on a block off plate for the hyd pump (or just add the pump and get live hydraulics, that's what I did), and one of the bolts that goes into the front bolster needs to go in from the opposite side.
On your B, the bolt where the hyd pump was added on the later tractors goes through the engine block and threads into the bolster. But on the 123 the bolt needs to go in from the other way and the engine block is threaded for that hole. You will need to drill out the threads on that hole in the bolster and I recommend doing it before you reattach it ;) (don't ask) Possible exception would be one of the late tractors made at Louisville (above #200,000). I saw one once that had the SA engine block, so the late bolsters might already be drilled out? Stan(VA).
