flywheel torque and input shaft coupling

Whats the torque for the bolts that hold the flywheel on, couldn't find in I&T manual, 1/2 inch fine thread but no grade on head of bolts, also after tightening the coupling between the transmission input shaft and the clutch shaft I found the coupling still loose, do I replace the rubber washers or put a thin machine washer between the head of tapered bolt and the first rubber washer. thanks chris
