An 1/8" off should be easy to work with by tightening up clamp a little extra or something to that affect. If you can't seem to get it to quit leaking and can't find the right hose, here is a thought. Alot of other vehicles and tractors have molded hoses that are bigger at one end than the other. The bigger end is ussually only bigger for just the first couple or three inches. If you went to a parts store and rambled through there rack of modeled hoses you should be able to find one that will work. The shorter the hose you need and without any bends in it will increase your chances of finding one. Just plan on cutting off the remainder of the hose you don't need becuase molded hoses are sold as a hose and not by length. Even if it has a bend in it you still might be able to find one but if I remember right it is a straight hose that you need. I have done this several times and have managed to come up with several hoses that I couldn't find, by altering a molded hose by cutting it off. Molded hose is more expensive than straight hose so be sure you find one that will work before you buy one and cut it up and find out it won't. I would do some measuring and if it has a bend in it, take the old hose with you when you go hose shopping.
