If it will bolt on to manifold and the gas line will screw on, it will interchange. I am sure it will fit right on. Kerosene carbs were designed for tractor to be started on and shut off on gas, so running gas through it the whole time shouldn't be a problem. Be sure to do all carburator adjustments with tractor warmed up and it may very just a bit from the kero settings. A kero carb was adjusted for kero since kero was the primary fuel. Now that you are burning gas the whole time you can kind of fine tune the settings for gas as the primary fuel which is where the varience will derive from.
