Without knowing how well it runs(or if it does), it's a little hard to say. Something is worn out inside the steering box - the steering has way too much play in it. Needs new wiring harness, needs a complete paint job, needs new tires, who knows what the engine may need - If it runs OK, I'd start at $1000-$1300 and see where it goes. If it doesn't run but the engine turns freely, I'd start at $750 or so; if the engine is stuck, I'd start at $250 and not go past $500. Fixing a stuck engine can cost big bucks! My numbers may be low, but I tend to be a little cheap starting out. ;-) I don't try to rip people off, but why pay more than is necessary?
