This happens because you only get back pressure on the system when the touch control is operating. The rest of the time, it is just bypassing back to the reservoir. To get the system to work like you want, you will have to cut the pressure line that goes from the pump to the touch control unit. Then tie the pump line into your open center valve for the loader and then pipe the return line from the open center valve back into the line that you cut going to the touch control. With these modifications, the touch control and the loader should both work, although not at the same time. IH made a remote valve for tractors with the touch control, but this valve included a different manifold for the lines from the pump to the touch control, along with the remote valve. The manifold for the remote does essentially what I described above.
