I hope I can help you with this. I was thinking about your ? with the 2nd filter for your 656 hydro. The IH parts book shows a kit was avaiable for tractors with serial #s below 42165(Farmall models) & 13237(International models). The kit # is 530976R91. Looking the # up on our parts computer shows that the kit is no longer available, however all the pieces of the kit are still available, just that you have to buy them individually. If I remember right, there a 7 pieces to the kit,(2 tubes, 1 o-ring, 1 connector fitting, the filter base & filter & something else I can't remember. If you give your local Case-IH partsman this #, he ought to be able to get all of the pieces. Good Luck!!
